  • How long is shipping?

    Shipping starts 12 hours after you order. Expect your order to ship in 4-7 business days!

    SHIPPING is not the same as DELIVERY.

  • How long is delivery?

    Expect your order to arrive in 2-3 business days! (DELIVERY IS DIFFERENT FROM SHIPPING)

  • Am I able to exchange or return items?

    No exchanges or returns.

  • Am I able to receive a refund if I am unsatisfied with my order?

    At Mariah’s Hair Company, we want you to be completely happy! If you’re not satisfied, we don’t offer refunds, but we’ll give you a discount code for your next purchase.

  • Using Afterpay

    After you order, it takes 7 days to process your payment. Once that's done, we'll start shipping and you'll get your delivery!

  • Fraudulent Purchases

    Fraudulent Purchase Policy

    Any purchase that is delivered and falsely reported as "not received" to a financial institution will be considered a fraudulent claim. Additionally, any order placed using another individual’s payment information without their knowledge or consent is classified as fraud.

    We take fraudulent activity very seriously and will pursue all available legal actions to hold individuals accountable.

    To ensure the security of all transactions, every order requires a signature upon delivery.
